"Updates I actually paid attention to"
I don’t remember every single detail of the order process, but I do remember not feeling like I had to chase anyone down. The status updates were clear enough that I could just check and see where things were. It seemed to update quickly too, which made waiting a lot less annoying.

"Reliable Overall"
I’ve ordered from 4over a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience. Shipping has usually been on time, though one box did show up a day late once. The tracking was clear the whole time, and everything arrived in good condition, so I can’t really complain. Solid service overall.

"Wish the invoices were easier to understand"
I kind of regret not paying closer attention to the billing details earlier, because the invoices weren’t very easy to follow. They could definitely be laid out more clearly so it’s simpler to see what you’re being charged for.

"Decent colors, but bad timing and blurry edges"
The colors looked fine overall, but some of the edges came out blurry, which was disappointing. What made it more annoying was the timing, I really needed it to look good right away, and of course that’s when the quality wasn’t quite there.

I had a problem with my order and thought the refund was going to be a hassle. The support process wasn’t perfect, well, actually, it was mostly fine, just a little nerve-wracking at first—but 4over got the credit handled quicker than I expected. "Pickup is helpful, just not always smooth"
I mostly use 4over because the will-call pickup is close enough to me, and it saves me from paying for shipping. When everything lines up, it’s convenient, especially if I can grab a job the same day.

The annoying part is that the pickup email doesn’t always come when I expect it to, or I’ll get there and end up waiting at the counter longer than I planned. It’s not a huge deal, but if I’m trying to get in and out quickly, it just felt...

I’d still use them because the location and pickup option make sense for me. I just wish the pickup side was a little more consistent and organized.

"So many print options in one spot"
I was just looking for a couple of print items and ended up finding way more than I expected. They’ve got a big selection, which is nice because you don’t have to hop around to a bunch of different places to find what you need. The only thing is that some of the options take a little time to sort through, but overall it’s really convenient having so much in one place

The updates were clear sometimes, but other times I felt like I was left guessing. What made it more frustrating was getting those canned apologies that didn’t really address what I was asking. I don’t mind delays or issues if someone just explains what’s going on plainly.

I really liked how many size and finish options they had. I usually just go with whatever looks closest to what I have in my head, so it was nice that I could pick everything without overthinking it or emailing back and forth a bunch. The flyers came out looking really nice

"Helpful reseller tools, but I expected a smoother experience"
I’ve been using 4over’s reseller tools, and they do help save time with pricing and placing orders. That part is definitely useful. But some of the resources are harder to find than they should be, and the site can feel clunky when you’re trying to get things done quickly. It works, but it’s not as smooth as I’d hoped. For the extra time spent dealing with the hiccups, I’d think some kind of credit or compensation would be fair.

I’ll give them credit: the prepress team caught a bleed issue I totally missed before it went to print, which definitely saved me a headache. The proofing process took longer than I expected, but support was actually helpful and kept things moving. Not the fastest experience ever, but they did get it right.

They did get back to my email, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I was hoping, and I ended up having to follow up once. Not a terrible experience, just kind of... I don’t know, I expected it to be a little quicker.

I’ve been using 4over for my larger print orders, it’s been a smooth experience. Even when I bump up the quantities, the whole process still feels organized and manageable instead of stressful or chaotic. For bulk jobs, I’d say it’s been really dependable and saves me a lot of headaches.

"Setup was fine, just had to poke around a bit"
Signing up for 4over was easy at first, honestly. Making the account didnt give me any real trouble, so that part was fine.

The onboarding got a little confusing tho. I had to click around for a bit to figure out where stuff was and what info they actually needed. Some of the steps could def be clearer.

It’s working now, so I’m not mad about it or anything. Just wouldn’t call the whole setup super smooth, more like okay once you figure it out.

I’ve had a good experience with their paper options overall. There are plenty of paper stocks to choose from, which my sister and I both appreciated when we were comparing materials for a small project. The substrate options are a bit more hit or miss, though. Some are fine, but I do wish they had more specialty options available.

"Decent prices, but I still double-check everything"
I’ve ordered from 4over a few times, mostly because the pricing can be good, especially if you’re buying in bulk. Some items have turned out really solid, and compared to local print shops, the base cost can look like a nice deal. That said, I always get a little nervous about being fooled by the low price upfront, because shipping and small add-ons can make it less of a bargain by the time you check out. The quality has usually been fine, but not always amazing for what I end up paying. I’d use them again, but I’d definitely compare the final total before ordering.
